On all of these videos I acted as the animator, storyboard artist, writer, and in the case of the live action videos - director. With the live action videos I would capture footage on a DSLR and import it directly to Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere and create final versions. Animated videos were created using a combination of design software including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere.

In my previous roles I have been asked at different points to create animated or live action videos for marketing purposes internal & external. For these projects I would usually start with storyboards, working with stakeholders and sometimes other employees to provide acting support.

The role of these videos was to either advertise a new or upcoming feature release (in the case of the animated game trailers) or to act as a fun light hearted internal video for other employees at the company.
